I've used Norman Home Inspections for 2 separate home inspections this year when purchasing a new home. I can honestly say that being new to the Chicagoland area, I will continue to use them because of their professionalism and keen eye for detail. Brandon was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain to me his concerns and show me exactly what this report was going to feature. He was friendly, informative and extremely informative as the whole process was happening. My interaction with him lead me to call to specifically request him a few months later when I was again looking at another property. Other things apart from the customer service made this experience a breeze: the text reminders, how quickly I received the report back, the website that has great pictures and videos of my report and findings, as well as how easy it was to reach them. Norman Home Inspection has a great team everything that I needed inspected on my home they were right there to show me everything and explain to me why they were inspecting what they were looking at. They really pay attention to your needs. They show up when you ask them to they're not late and very respectful. The guys that were sent over to my house we're clean cut down to earth guys everybody should have their home inspected by them when looking for a new home. Not only do you get a list of things that could be wrong or are wrong they also take a picture of everything so that way you know exactly what they're looking at and there is no guess work I can't say enough about these guys if I ever happen to buy another home they will be the only people I call to inspect a home thank you again. - 8/22/2019
